Amazing customer sevice

I need authorization for hospitalization. Was not happy with the benefit amount received. I then called back and spoke to Melissa Cruz who previously assisted me.. What an amazing young woman. Affinity must treasure her and take of her as she just made sure that Affinity did not loose a customer. What a valued staff member. Thank you Mellisa Cruz people like u are needed in a business.
