Affordable, Reliable, Exceptional medical insurance

I initially joined Affinity Health in 2021 and can only say good things about them. They are a medical insurance provider, and pretty much everything needs to go through pre-authorization approval via calling in, but that is more than fine. The benefits are excellent for what you pay, and their terms and conditions are fair and reasonable. No strange costs, fees, or declined service / payment (if you phone first anyway, you can always ask if something is covered or not).
