AFFINITY - USELESS
Honestly these people don't even deserve a 1 star,
You call and call and call, and they absolutely refuse to respond, when you eventually get an answer, they tell you that you can first have a virtual call with their nurses, how is this going to solve my problem, I have been getting my prescription by my GP for months, now they say they cannot do that anymore,
They are trying to save money by not allowing people to see a doctor anymore,
To top this off, I tried to explain to them that a virtual consult will not do, and she literally puts the phone down in my ear!
Pathetic service and pathetic company !
Moving to discovery, you guys dont deserve to be in the same league
