Affinity Preauth

I was hospitalized for an emergency C-section on the 22nd of september and Affinity assisted me with my maternity benefit, worse thing is that it was a sunday you would panick thinking that you might not get assistance to my luck. The preauth department helped me , Vanessa was the first person I spoke to for ER 24 she arranged for the ambulance and casualty, I then had to get admitted in hospital Samanth from preauth helped with payments to the hospital she then knocked off at 7 but handed my case over to Bubbles who kept following up if I was at the hospital cause payments.

Thanks to this 3 ladies for easing my stress as they did everything I just needed to listen and answer all the necessary question to let them know how I am doing.
