Affinity is the BEST medical ever!
Samantha Snyders was so helpful and friendly and she sorted out EVERYTHING we needed done.
Samantha also contacted me after my husbands procedure to make sure that everything was ok.
I am so happy with the service from Samantha Snyders and Affinity Health... so much better than ANY OTHER medical aid / insurance I have ever been with.
