Affinity is going into a downward spiral

Im actually very disappointed and dissatisfied with the current service that I'm getting. Premiums are being increased but cannot even cover something as simple as a ultrasound why am I paying every month my premium just to get dissapointed when I actually want to use the cover but then find out that they dont cover this and that. I could have rather then saved my money instead of paying a amount then I would have been able to cover Medical expenses. I understand it's not a medical aid but really now? So now I have to put myself into debt to cover something as simple as a ultrasound not good and not happy at all.
