AFFINITY HEALTH- WORST MEDICAL INSURANCE
Affinity Health is the worst medical insurance. They cover small things but when it really matters, they are a waste. I was admitted for my appendix, they didn't even cover my full procedure or my stay in hospital. I thank god that I didn't need heart surgery because I would have ended up right back in hospital with a heart attack after seeing what little they do cover. DO NOT JOIN AFFINITY HEALTH. IT'S AS GOOD AS THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY. I don't want them to learn from this, I want them to pay the bills or close up. Stop *****ing from people and playing with their health care.

05 May 2021, 10:57It's going to be 5 months in a couple of days since I left my review. Since then, someone has gotten in touch with me and has done nothing at all. They didn't even pay the damn doctor and radiologist. Affinity is useless, they have taken more money from me than they needed to pay and they have done nothing to give me any peace of mind. Imagine you need to go into theater but the doctors need to do an MRI scan before you go in and Affinity says NO, we need to make a payment upfront first before they'll give authorization. And after authorization, guess what, they didn't pay. So I'm sitting in a tight spot already and now I have doctors and lawyers and the hospital phoning me for monies that Affinity hasn't paid. Less than 50% is what they paid for but when we signed on, it was, no sir, you are covered for everything when you are admitted. *******, absolute *******. Stay far from Affinity and if you are a member, get on to something else before they leave you in a hole like they have done to us.
