Affinity Health will kill patients! Because the are just *****ing your money and no service
Great service when I app**** but delivering service it PATHETIC! I was rushed to hospital with pre-auth from Affinity after that it went downstream with them. Declining auth for admitting plus the hospital want R25 000 just for 3 days and not even to talk about the +R60 000 for emergency operation that they want me to pay. We drove up and down from doctor to get prove that its not a exciting condition but still got declined! They just want to take your money but do not even want to help. Everytime we phoned in for an update its a diffrent story. Think twice before using their service.
