AFFINITY HEALTH USELESS
We joined Affinity Health (Hospital Plan)in May 2023, we have not once needed to use them. My 3 year old now needs to have his tonsils removed but Affinity is refusing to approve the op and claims that it’s because it was a “pre existing condition”… my son has only visited the GP once in his whole life(after the 3month waiting period) and we went to the ENT 2 weeks ago who suggested we have his tonsils removed urgently. So have thrown money in the water for the past few months because what is the point of having a hospital plan if they won’t cover anything. I have tried to escalate this but lady on the phone said there is no Management that can help and I have appealed but was declined again with them still stating my sons tonsils is a pre existing condition.
Horrible experience
