Affinity Health Terrible!!

Please think twice before signing up with Affinity Health. I had my first surgery declined - due to pre-existing condition according to them. A year later after suffering daily complications for not having the surgery done, I phoned Affinity Health explaining my issues and asked what I was to do to get the surgery approved. After following exactly what the representative told me Affinity phoned me to confirm the claim was rejected again - I had to treat my condition?? No one will even try and assist? How can they overwrite a Specialist reveal and motivation? Always looking for the craziest excuse not to cover a procedure you so desperately need. No good experiences received from this medical insurance at all!
