Poor/low level service. Always citing high volume of calls and WhatsApp responses as excuses for not attending to your request for service. It's not an acceptable excuse when members are ill and in need of service. Illness does not ask for administrative backlogs it's your responsibility to ensure adequate staffing and standby personnel to meet demand. Here is thousands of unemployed medical professionals there is no justification for leaving members without support when these resources remain untapped. There are even thousands of retired health professionals who.may be recruited.. Value your members by prioritizing responsiveness, reliability and accountability in every interaction
