AFFINITY HEALTH IS A ****

Firstly I need to say that in my 26 years of existence I have never received such bad service than with Affinity Health.

On the 18th of May 2015 I was in a car accident whereby I hurt my back terribly. I was taken to hospital to be checkout, they refused to assist as my medical aid does not cover.

I spoke to a Tabang or a Tebogo at around 19:30/19:45 he confirmed that Affinity does not pay for emergency's, I was then taken home with a pain in my back. We then contacted Affinity health the next morning, we explained what had happened at the hospital, they have promised high and low they will sort it out as that was not supposed to happen. I then asked if I can go to my dr that is dr S le Roux in Alberton. They agreed that it is 100% and that they will cover. When I got to the dr the reception phoned the medical scheme and was told that they do NOT cover once again. I then paid cash to see the dr. I was given a prescription for my tablets which I went to the pharmacy and got which the medical ALSO did not pay. I had to go for xrays to which the medical aid still does not pay and yet here I am today with a pain in my back without going for xrays list
