What a ****. The lies about waiting periods. Today I went to the dentist before I did I called and made sure all my ducks are in a row. I then was told that I should go and book. Before that the agent asked “let me get your details to make sure you’re out of the waiting period.” I gave them and he then said I should go. And we spoke about what I am covered for. Then when I arrived I was told “you are still on the waiting period.” This is 6 hours after I had gotten authorized to say I am out of the waiting period. I was then told that I couldn’t leave the doctors rooms without paying for the x ray and consultation and they would be calling the police if I leave. I sat there scared and confused in tears. Affinity health on the phone saying they aren’t willing to do anything about it. I haven’t gotten paid. I barely can chew because of pain and now I am going to jail. Affinity Health is a ****.
