AFFINITY HEALTH - GOOD FOR YOUR MONEY, NOT GOOD FOR ANYTHING ELSE

Utterly, but utterly DISGUSTED !!!! My friend has been on your comprehensive for the last 2 years. Which I pay for!!!!!!! For the first time in 2 years she uses you, now Dustin (who I can not get hold of) phones her to say thank you for being with us for the last 2 years, but we think you should look for another Medical....... EXCUSE ME - we were good enough for the last 2 YEARS (NO CLAIMS) UTTERLY DISGUSTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys are definitely shamsters, and ****** *****. When we took out the Insurance 2 years we were told that she would be covered for any preexisting Conditions after 2 years (Hospital) and a year on the Doctors...... HOW DARE YOU tell us now that she will not be covered for preexisting, as well it is imp**** that you guys do not want members like her. When we signed up, you were told of the preexisting conditions - then it was not a problem and you were quite willing to take my money

Good morning
Further to our discussions of Friday 28 October.
When we joined Affinity Health on the 1st September 2014, we provided details for Eileen's pre-existing conditions. I was assured by your sales consultant (Jamie) that there was a 2 year waiting period for Hospital on the comprehensive, but after that she would be able to access the benefits. As you also see by the attached letter from yourselves there was the following Endor*****ts:
1. 6-months for the chronic medication
2. For the first 24 months of consecutive cover on Cardiac and Diabetes
We did not use the Chronic medication benefits at all for 2 years, nor did we use the Hospital Plan for the same period of 2 years.
Now for the first time that I have used the plans we contacted by yourselves, stating that you will not cover anything to do with the Cardiac in hospital, also insinuating that Eileen must find another Medical Aid to cover you as you do not want members like myself on your plan.
Do you think I would have paid for 2 years for Eileen if I was not assured that the exclusion for Cardiac and Diabetes was only for the 2 years?
