Affinity Health does not cover any medical costs at all!!!!!!
NEVER EVER trust any sales consultant that try to sell Affinity Health to you.
They are just *****ing your money.
I have put my grandson on Affinity Health to make sure he is covered for any medical costs or hospitalization costs but for the past 18 months they don't cover any thing. No medication, no injections, nothing at all.
I phoned them even for authorization to take my grandson to a day hospital to get his teeth fixed and again the excuse is it is a day to today plan and it does not cover any of it.
There for they just ***** your money and cover nothing.

We can confirm that upon application, you agreed to the Affinity Health Junior Day-to-Day plan which does not include Hospital benefits.
The agent advised that you can upgrade the Affinity Health Junior Day-to-Day plan at a later stage should you wish to.
Please note that your membership documentation was delivered and received by yourself on the 5th of May 2020 which included all relevant Documentation applicable to the Day-to-Day plan that you had chosen.
A Complaints Officer was in contact with you and clarified the matter.
