Whatsapp helpline is very effective. I was assisted with my query immediately. Tshegofatso M communicated with me from start to finish.
To complete my query a friendly Leigh-Anne Andrews then called me, with clear information as to what I needed to do. i really appreciated it.
Overall, an absolute great experience to be assisted by people who took initiative to thoroughly listen to what I wanted, and most importantly making sure that I fully understand what's needed of me. really thank you to both Tshegofatso M (whatsapp consultant) and Leigh-Anne Andrews (teleconsultant).
