AFFINITY HEALTH BREACHING DEBIT ORDER CONTRACT - AGAIN

i am an active member of Affinity Health, with my son as co dependant ( student ) last month ( end Jan 2021 my debit order was activated 2 full days before the agreed date of 1st of every month. Yesterday at 06h03 am , R 3311. was deducted from my cheque account , DD 25 /02 /21. this is ******* and placed me in a predicament - not all people have 3000+ in their accounts 3 days before monthend. i reversed and STOPPED their debit order , realising that they have money and not the member as a priority. i also sent them a message after this , via their chat group, HOWEVER, how many members are being placed in the same or worse situation??. this has broken my trust in this entity, yet they receive their money WITHOUT FAIL every month. a copy of this incident is being forwarded to the MDS for investigation. this is a legal breach on the part of Affinity. please get someone with the member's priorities at heart to contact me or i go legal. thank . AFFINITY HEALTH - A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

please note that if this is a norm from Affinity, i will seek another medical service provider..
the normal debit order should, without fail, be deducted on the 1st of each month.

affinity seems to be MORE CONFUSED and intent on collecting money than their clients. AFTER the above apology and blah blah usual nonsense i receive an sms at 15h05 today, stating i am in arrears and i am no longer covered - really...… when is the FIRST of March? 2 days from now?. this is undoubtedly the worst and most confused correspondence i have had in many years.
1. debit order AGREED and signed for 1st of every month
2. i am not covered due to your PATHETIC admin procedures BEFORE due date
3. NO concerns for the client - no call received - as requested
after your apology you are STILL GETTING IT WRONG
i thought you could correct this stuff up - but your company is just too intent on signing people up and then ignoring them.
this is going to the Medical and Dental Services council.
