Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
To assist you with updating payments on your policy, we have been investigating the matter in detail.
Findings have revealed that due to affordability issues, your policy has lapsed into arrears and benefits have been suspended.
To resolve the arrears, you have submitted a third party proof of payment.
The payment reference on the proof of payment states that payment was made by a third party payer, unrelated to your policy.
Without authorisation or consent from the third party payer, the payment cannot be allocated to your policy, and the policy will remain in arrears.
For security purposes, please provide the contact number of the third party payer in order for their authorisation to be confirmed.
Kind regards
Affinity Health Management Team
