Affinity Health : Bad Service

I am posting now as I have had nothing but bad experiences with Affinity since I joined. It is seriously time to try and find something else. Appart from being illusive when joining, trying to change my payment date and constant messages that my account is in arrears, they actually tried to take two payments off my account this month, which didn't go through as I do not have that amount in my account, only for one payment. Keeping in mind I am not behind on anything, so no reason to do this. Now they will probably demand payment or else my policy will be cancelled. When in all fairness they completely *****ed up. It's pathetic

OK. So here is the latest and a urgent note to all members to check your accounts as this is now a case of ********** activities by Affinity. 28 December 2018 Affinity informed me my January 2019 membership fee will be deducted on 29 December 2018 and not January 2019, which they did. My next membership fee was supposed to go off on February 2019. This month they tried to take money off my account for January 2019 and February 2019 even though my payment for January 2019 has already been deducted. They are now arguing with me I owe them January 2019 premium too. I have sent them all the proof (emails & proof of debit order for January 2019) yet they are still trying to argue with me that I must now pay for January 2019. This has now clear that they are **********LY trying to take money off my account. Anyone feel free to ask me for the details and proof and I will inbox you. I will consult a legal professional to open a case of *****

The matter was investigated, and it was determined that a debit order was erroneously instructed, for which we humbly convey sincere apologies for the inconvenience to you.

We confirm that a Complaints Officer will be assisting you with resolving the financial matters of your policy in order to bring it up to date, and keep your medical cover continuous.

Kind regards
