<p>Affinity Health are a bunch of *********** fools! I have been struggling since last year November to add my wife to the policy, which I am already paying for a couple of months. I phone them every two weeks! DO NOT JOIN Affinity Health, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!</p>

Kindly note that it has been brought to your attention on numerous occasions that we do require the correct certified FICA documentation, which is a regulatory requirement, in order to assist you with adding your spouse onto your policy.
Please be aware that we are regulated by the Financial Services Board, and therefore we are obligated to comply with the Financial Intelligence Center Act (FICA) requirements and cannot make any exceptions in this regard.
We would like to confirm that we have proposed a variety of solutions in order to assist you with your request but have not received any confirmed decision regarding this matter.

I did send in those documents 5 times - Since November 2016
The "variety of solutions" that you proposed was to take away the add-on packages that I have been paying a couple of months.
I also did get your letter from the Attorney, warning me to take down this post and the posts on FaceBook before the end of this business day
