A huge shout out to Leetonia Liebenburg from Affinity Health who went beyond the call of duty and resolved all queries I had relating to my Medical Insurance. He finalised and addressed all my concerns and patiently answered everything I needed to know. He was extremely professional and friendly and everything was sorted out at the end of the call.
