Affinity health a danger

I phoned in to get either OTC meds for Osteoarthritis due to degenerative disc disease of my lower back or consult a doctor for prescribed meds. I was given authorisation to collect my meds from a pharmacy. The pharmacy gave me medication for CONSTIPATION. They said that was the meds authorised by the consulting "nurse". When I phoned back an argument ensued with someone who was either a male nurse or switchboard operator who then authorised me to consult a doctor. The doctor then insisted I go for MRI scans and x-rays which I had already gone for and handed him the entire results package. I walked out there with no medication and had to purchase Brufen and Panado from a chemist. I work in the security industry and we are forced to use Affinity Health . Affinity is on a fast path to a major law suit.
