I would really just like to give Joshua Africa a ****** high 5 and a 10/10. What an exceptional experience everytime I engage with him and he has been the one person who is quite consistent always available to assist and ready to make affinity health a great experience. I encountered another agent today Leigh-Ann Andrew and again blown away by the efficiency and guidance. I am sure her and Joshua and good friends because Wowzer they certainly are exceptional. They need to start their own customer service business and train all call centers in South Africa because they could learn a whole lot from these two. Berneth Koopman
