I must say I am impressed I received a call from Jano a few months ago I explained him I don't have all necessary documents and the finances as yet to take out medical cover I gave him a date which was for 3 months later... I dunno how this bra remembered but yeah he gave me a call ... On the day I was busy I asked for him to call the next day as I already completely forgot that I told him 3 months ago to call on this day.... Anyway spectacular service very patient even went the extra mile to explain everything over again to my wife .... sense of humour is very good as the call wasn't tiring as some agents rush through the call and have that boring tired voice... As he was on the ball listened and answered correctly all the time even went to go find out further information... All I'm saying is I worked in the call center industry but this bra deserves a bonus just for day well done bro keep up the good work Riyaaz Abrams happy to be your client. 5 stars for Jano🙏👌
