Affinity Health

So I have a bad case of bronchitis and my GP recommends that I need to go to hospital. I call up Affinity Health and I am told that my GP needs to refer me to a specialist who in turn needs to advise Affinity Health as to what treatment I require and how long I will be in hospital. Best of all is when I took out the cover with them I specifically asked if City Hospital is on the plan and was told Yes, last week I went to trauma and had to pay for the xray and was told that on Entabeni and Westville is on their network. So if I am having a heart attack I need to go to a specialist in order to get hospitalised. How does this help me...
