Affinity DISASTER

I had the displeasure of dealing with these *********** individuals. After doing thorough research I decided to take out 2 policies 1 for my minor children and 1 for my mother. The lady that called me Chanell Potier was very helpful and I specifically stated that my mother was on hormone therapy as well on sleeping tablets and calming tablets. She stated that all the medicine that I gave her is covered by the booster and that it is covered from the start. Then life happened. We had a very tough time with these *********** people. The fact isthat nothing was covered from the start. The fridsy before we left on our yearly holiday my mother got her medication. We spoke to various consultants and some was to be frank not the friendliest or had the necessary people s****s. The lady that I spoke to yesterday didnt even wait for my reply when she simply put down the phone in my ear which was to be very honest not the way to answer a query from a paying customer. I work very hard for my money and I dont need attitude from people who clearly doesnt want my business. I will discontinue my services with them and I intend to ket the word go about that Affinity Health is not the medical insurance company that they are claiming to be.
