Affinity claims

I would like to commend Precious (I believe she is in claims) on her stellar work. I called in about 5 times before I was finally transferred to her. She was friendly, helpful and at the end of the call was able to assist instead of transferring me like the others. She went beyond what I feel she was supposed to do.
