AFFINITY BREAKS THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! And we must accept it

As Chad Paulse, acting on behalf of my wife, Stephanie, with signed consent from Affinity Health, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of adherence to their own terms and conditions.

On January 20th, I visited a gynecologist and had blood work done, expecting a reimbur*****t within the stated 30-day period, as per their claims policy. However, more than 60 days have passed, and I have yet to receive any payment. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution or clear communication regarding the delay.

This experience has shown me that Affinity Health does not honor its commitments, leaving members frustrated and financially strained. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using their services.

I was also assured that the process would be done by Friday. I understand the public holiday but it’s Saturday past 4 and I still haven’t received any response nor apologies as this has already surpassed the 30 days! No sense of urgency!!!

The email received was a proof of payment (POP) however, that was part pay for the complete claim. Both Gynaecologist and Blood works were done on the same day, claim for both submitted same day, however, pay out is in 2 different payments! Who is affinity trying to fool?

But we were assured payment was made by Thursday on a call by your First line Checker as all managers were in meetings. Now they must still please explain when your agent assured us that it will be paid out.

Now we hear a different story!!!
