<p>I was told by affinaty health call centre that I get 2 gynae visits while still in my 2nd trymester only to find out wen I submited my second claim that I have apparently used my specialist visits up ..I am actually digusted to know I pay medical aid premiums for this ****py cover I would not recommend it to anybody</p>

We would like to advise that we have listened to all recorded telephonic conversations between yourself and our Customer Care department and would like to confirm that you were advised correctly pertaining to the benefits of your plan and no misrepresentation of the product took place.
As per your telephonic conversation with our Customer care agent, you were advised that you are entitled to 1 Specialist visit per year as well as pre and post natal care under your GP consultations.
This was also advised to you at point of sale and referenced in your policy documents which was sent to you via hand to hand courier. We request that you refer to the aforementioned policy documents as ease of reference.
