Absolutely wonderful service!!!

The day to day plan makes it possible for me to afford medical cover whereas full medical aid plans are just too expensive. Thank you Affinity! This is a medical insurance plan and NOT a medical aid, the rules are different and the agent on the phone explained this very well to me. The agent also clearly explained all the exclusions and waiting periods properly. I listened well to the agent on the phone, asked questions where I didn't understand information and I read my policy document completely to understand my cover. Please don't be too quick to listen to all the badgering below, many of these complaints happened because the information wasn't clearly listened to or understood by the clients. If you understand the information given to you when you sign up you will not be disappointed with Affinity Health. If you are not on board with the differences between a medical insurance and a medical aid then rather choose a plan that is more suitable. I feel that Affinity has bridged a gap for many who can't afford crazy priced medical aids and I hope that going forward more people will be proactive in completely understanding the policies that they sign up for.
