Absolutely disappointed in the service

I am very disappointed with the service of affinity health, in order for you to see a GP you need to get an Auth code via whatsapp , they take forever to give the Auth codes ,I request 2 hours ago, 12pm as I have an appointment at my GP now at 2pm and they still did not get back to me ,what is it’s an emergency and they take so long
