a waiting period of 24 months for chronic
I have to wait 24 months before i can be treated in hospital for my ashtma and 6 months for meds...what must i do until then? DIE perhaps or go to state hospital where i would most probably die as well. Just tomorrow im cancelling my cover because this wont work.<br>

As Affinity Health is an Insurance product, we have waiting periods that apply to our benefits.
At the point of sale your husband who is the main member was made aware of and agreed to the waiting periods and that was reiterated in a confirmation letter sent by the sales agent.
You were also sent an electronic welcome pack and the hand delivered pack via courier which contains all the polices and procedures.
The sales call and documentation also mentions a 30 day cooling off period which advises our members to go through the policy documentation so that they are sure that the policy they have taken out is suitable to their medical needs.
