Spoke with Gabrielle Magney, to cancel our Affinity Health policy as we can no longer afford it due to loosing our jobs. She was extremely helpful, understanding and emphathetic to our situation offering advice and confirming coverage until end of May. Once we back on our feet we will definitely resign with Affinity Health. Worth every cent and much better than an ordinary Medical aid. Thanks to Gabrielle as well she is a star.
