5 year old with Broken arm, no admission for 8 hrs

My daughter has been in the emergency room, hungry and in pain for 8 hours thanks to the pace of the admin of Affinity Health. I am heartbroken and frankly disgusted that they can dance around the authorization to hospitalize a little 5 year old girl with a broken arm. She needs to be examined and taken to theatre, let alone being admitted and fed before the 8 hour period of no food before the op. This is a cry for help from a distraught mother whose been sitting here hours with her other little kids who need to rest and eat. Is there no empathy left in this world?!?! In my lifetime of using medical aid I have never had such an experience. I am gonna spread this experience across all platforms to warn others if this situation does not change. We have had to check and push every step of the way. Things don't move if we don't. Castenview Clinic admin doesn't make this any better.
