2 MONTHS LATER STILL NO DOCUMENTS

I signed with affinity heath in June, my first premium was deducted in July. I have spoken to 3 different people and still don't have any documents or policy details. They say no premiums will be refunded yet i paid for nothing because i have nothing from them. i want nothing to do with affinity health as all i had wasPATHETIC service and empty promises. I WANT MY PREMIUM BACK, AS AFFINITY NEVER KEPT TO THEIR SIDE OF THE BARGAIN!!!. INSTEAD OF GETTING SERVICE I GOT CALLS FROM AFFINITY HEALTH TRYING TO SELL ME A POLICY I AM ALREADY PAYING FOR
