I never experienced a medical aid/insurances that was so fast, beleive me. I was still busy typing on their chat page and i was already greeted by Tshegofatso. Great service from Tshego. Issue solved in a matter of 5 minutes. I wish all medical aids could have a couple of Tshego's. Very much impressed by the service
