Definitely the worst and most *********** staff on their books - I spent a whole hour on the phone to take out a policy with them and add my partner. They create a policy for me and a separate one for my partner. After I confirmed that both of us are on my policy, confirmed that the debit order must be taken off my account, they debit my amount not hers. I ask them why “oh sorry its a mistake om their side” hers will be debited this month. I have way more to say but more than enough time has been wasted on them.
