Poor service assistance Affinity dental

Been in contact wih them on tbe 31st of October regarding some dental cover. Got sent a brochure the same day. Lady by the name Koketso sent it to me.. T Jansen cometed the application process and cover and debit were supposed to have happened 1st of December.. No deduction happened and obviously also no cover.. Upon email request , Koketso said she would come back to T Jansen , which she infact never did.. Again T Jansen wrote an email requesting assistance ,, myself also wrote an email which i have never gotten any feedback on.. Upon phoning and requesting to speak to her.. She phoned me back but denied receiving any coorospondence.. Line was cut and tried phoning back and leaving a message but now she is not even phoning back.. Starting off on a very bad way .. , if we even starting at all...
