Misleading/ insufficient

Im with their Platinum (highest) cover. In their adverti*****ts & on their products list of coverage they say they cover 2 crowns but in reality they only cover PART. For specialist dental work they covered R800 - this is pathetic. I cant do required dental work because they only pay a small amount on essential part of getting work done. I submitted queries & complaints & in essence it was a case of thats what it is.
