Extremely poor service

I am greatly disappointed in how bad the service has been regarding a simple refund. I have now been trying to a refund processed since September. No matter how much effort I put in the refund is never resolved. I keep getting a PDF stated a refund was paid but when asked for proof of payment no response. I know I have not received anything close to that amount. As yesterday on the tel I indicated that if Affinity Dental does not reply I will start sharing my experience on social media including Hello Peter.
