Affinity lying *******

This has got to be the worst insurance/medical aid I have ever come across. Been paying for two years. They say I’m entitled to one crown a year. Then we I try get authorization I get denied. They will only pay the consult and stuff used in the rooms and not for the actual crown that gets made at the lab. NOW IT CLEARLY STATES IM ENTITLED TO ONE CROWN A YEAR. WHY ARE THEY DENYING MY CLAIMS. when I email for a consultant to get back to me it never happens. I want to cancel my policy and its nearly impossible to do so. I must also state that I’m not on the entry level membership either. I took the more expensive one. The sales consultant truly pulled the wool over my eyes. Someone from this pathetic company please get back to me so I can cancel my policy. Your a bunch of lying *******.
