Expectation exceeded

Let me take this opportunity to single out one of your employees who exceeded my expectations and got me into a car within a wink of an eye. Paul Moloi is just a natural, he is calm, patient, understands the customer's needs and acts very promptly to enquiries. This young man made it very easy and seamless for me to get a car. I had an option to choose any other company but his service stood out for me, he was the best among those from bigger or even better car rental companies. I just had to choose him for his service, he is the greatest brand ambassador for AA. Talk of an assert to the company, it is such people whom need to be encouraged in our work space. Expectation was exceeded.
