People don't quit the job, they quit the management.

Problems usually start at the top and works it's way down... At the top of AFDA's food chain, there are many good people, educated, experienced, passionate about what they do, etc. But, unfortunately, there always has to be a poison apple or two in amongst the good ones. Further down the pecking order, you also get a whole lot of wonderful people, some not as nearly as "highly qualified" as those on top, but nonetheless, passionate, eager to give their all, good at what they do and in most likelihood better calibre people than the poison apples. Now here is where AFDA's problems come in. Those poisonous apples at the top, they don't care about anything except their own power mad agendas. They think that because they were put there by the big bosses, now they're all that and some more. They think they can get their way, everyone must bow down and submit, but their know-it-all attitudes (translated: don't have a clue but I need to look good) is what causes the sort of complaints on sites like these. They will go out of their way just to get their way, nevermind the cost in the long run. That's why you don't get the service you want and pay a fortune for. They treat the staff like ****, pay them even worse, like sub-human because of their over-inflated egos. I witnessed and experienced how their personal agendas hamper the development of the institution. They take good people, drain the last drop they can from them, and kick them while down. I've seen the staff turnover, the stress getting to them, the demeaning manner towards someone who done a good job, and the heartless and soulless destruction of anyone who does something they don't like, without breaking a sweat. AFDA can be great, don't get me wrong, but at the moment those slimy poisonous apples are slowly but surely giving AFDA a very bad name.
