Highly Unprofessional Financial Manager, No Payment

I provided service at highly reduced rates. I received payments with delays, for no apparent reasons. For over one year my last invoice remained and IS STILL unpaid. There was no notification and no increase in my rates for three years. The culture of the financial manager Nomvula Mafuna was take-it-or-leave-it, I am in power and I have no time for you. The rest of the management did not really care. Very unpleasant and highly unprofessional to deal with.
