Bought a new isolator but supp**** with a used and broken one

This company supplies refrigeration and air conditioning spares. On 17/09/2025 i bought a 2 phase air conditioning isolator. Since i bought a new item i didnt bother to double check since it was packaged. On 18/09/2025 i travelled to site to fit the isolator . Upon opening packaging i discovered that the isolator was used and someone wrongly opened holes for cables and the position of holes was not applicable to my case. I returned to Afcon and explained and they refused to give me another one.
