Removal on ITC

I did a loan with TE credit and I was handed to Afcard who later I made a settlement with last year October. I called Afacard to remove my name cos on ITC it states that I am 1 month behind. Afcard told me to call Vital credit and I dd that and they were sending me from pillar to post promising me that they will get back to me.
