Deaf consultants

I made arrangements with the company to withdraw a certain amount. Everything was successful. The following month, I asked the consultant to adjust my billings. Little did I know that I was speaking to a deaf hearing person. I was called again and told another consultant to adjust my billing once again... guess what??? They still haven't adjusted it. So if any consultant from afcard wants to make arrangement's with you, BEST YOU DISAGREE AS YOU WILL REGRET!!!
