If it was possible to give NO stars I would. These people are ********, take shortcuts with all the properties they develop/sell/rent out. Power issues, plumbing issues, geyser issues, you name it. It's been nothing but an uphill battle living in a unit developed by AF Q PHARMA/KEYPUNCH PROPERTIES 161. If you see this name, turn and run. Do not purchase or rent or go into business with them. Conveniently, they even have their own attorneys, CL Dreyer attorneys, for all the law suits their shoddy properties generate.
