DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have been struggling since 27 November 2021 to get a proper COC out of this company not only have I been begging, being patient being kind nothing worked at all. Before all of this happend the plumber never qouted me on the geyser and went ahead by installing a geyser and charging me R 14 000, the insurance agrees that this amount is outrages. Not only are they very unprofessional but they do not answer when I call from my number the plumber also hung up the phone whilst I was begging for a proper COC for the insurance claim. Unfortunately I am going to take Legal Action against this company because clearly asking nicely is not how this company operates
