Zero response

FSL supp**** all the aluminium doors and window frames and glass for the house I bought. I later had them come and fit additonal locks on all the sliding doors. The stacking door lock started to give problems and needed to be replace. On Monday, 12 Feb I drove to the premises of AF - FSL Glass Distributors in Hamberg and spoke to one, R................, of two ladies in the once full office who stated she did not have the lock in stock but would have one on Tueday which they will come and fit but will contact me first. NOTHING happened. On Wednesday, 14 Feb, I phoned AF-FSL and asked to speak to R.......... but was told she is on a call and would phone me back. NOTHING happened. On Thursday, 15 Feb, I again phone AF-FSL and asked to speak to R......... and was told she had gone tot he store to sort out the lock and that she would phone me back. NOTHING happened. On Friday, 16 Feb, I agained phoned and asked to speak to R......... who was out of the office but would phone me back. NOTHING happened. AF - FSL are either busy closing down or are not interested in repairs to the product they supply. The problem I have is that they NEVER phone back, even if they take your number, which to me is poor business ethics and bad manners. If you want repairs done to your aluminium doors or windows, there are other companies available who treat you with the respect one deserves as a client, and actual react.
